​Family Pathways

​

Aging Services: information referral, homemaking help, transportation and companionship support to help people 65+ remain in their homes

Caregiver Consultant: Providers planning, connection with resources, support and education for caregivers. Provides guidance on 'next steps' and empowers a caregiver to also care for themselves. 

Caregiver Support Group: A confidential, professionally facilitated support group for caregivers to exchange ideas and information. Respite services available. 

In-home Respite: Volunteers provide a break to the caregiver to allow time for personal needs and errands.

Catholic Charities Senior Dining Program provides nutritious noon-hour meals to persons age 60 and over. We have group dining sites, restaurant dining sites and Meals on Wheels services in 47 communities across Central Minnesota." - Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities Meals on Wheels Program delivers nutritious noon-hour meals to the homes of at-risk, homebound, ill, and vulnerable persons age 60 and older. Catholic Charities can also deliver full-price meals to those under age 60 who need service due to an illness or injury.
